Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free and there’s no obligation. We also offer free roof and gutter inspections.
What kind of work do you focus on?
General contracting is our main work, followed by multifamily turn services and CapEx projects, restoration and remediation, remodeling and rehabs, and roofing and gutters. We also handle licensed HVAC, electrical and plumbing work. See all of our services.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We’re a licensed general contractor (Marion County #GC2200040), bonded and insured, and we carry workers’ compensation. Our HVAC, electrical and plumbing work is done by licensed professionals. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes, multifamily work is where we started. We handle unit turns, punch work, cleaning, glazing, trash-outs and repairs, licensed HVAC, electrical and plumbing work, and capital projects like roof replacements, concrete and dumpster enclosures. See multifamily services.
Do you handle water damage?
Yes. We handle water remediation, removal of damaged materials, odor removal with ozone treatment, and the rebuild afterward. See restoration and remediation.
What areas do you serve?
We serve 10+ counties across Central Indiana and beyond, including Marion, Johnson, Hamilton, Hendricks, Hancock, Shelby, Morgan, Boone, Madison and Brown. We’re based in Greenwood.
Do you offer a military or senior discount?
Yes, ask about special pricing for both seniors and military. The discount depends on the type of service, so mention it at your first consultation to make sure you get the best price.
Do you offer anything for referrals?
Yes! Ask us about our referral program. You get a bonus, and so does the friend or family member you refer to us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check and all major credit cards.
